It’s not bone script, it’s cuneiform, one of the earliest forms of writing. It was created by pressing wedges into clay, which were then baked into tablets. It’s the script of the Sumerians and many other near-eastern ancient civilizations. No idea what it says though…

I think bone is used to refer to the color of the ink, not the script type.
